Do I Have a Hearing Loss Test?

A hearing loss can present in different ways. It may be that you are asking for more speech repeats, mishearing speech quite often, turning the television up louder than previously, withdrawing socially, isolating oneself, and/or having difficulty hearing in situations with background noise. If you experience any of these problems or have concerns regarding your hearing, a full hearing assessment is recommended.

At Helix Hearing, our experienced team of Audiologists at our Narre Warren and Richmond clinics will take a comprehensive history of your hearing and ear health and perform a complete hearing test. A thorough hearing test will be able to determine if a hearing loss is present, and if so, to what degree and type. Your Audiologist will discuss the management options available to you. This may include the recommendation of hearing aids. Our Audiologists want you to make an informed decision, discussing any questions or concerns you may have.
