This includes hearing assessments, hearing aid fittings, tinnitus treatment and wax removal all under one roof. Fitted out with sound proof consultation rooms, we pride ourselves on using the latest equipment for the best hearing outcomes.
When you arrive for your appointment, we ask you to please check-in with one of our friendly support staff at our reception and complete a couple of forms, informing us about your details and current communication abilities. We’ll then invite you to take a seat in our homely waiting room, featuring a designated kids area and refreshments available on request, ensuring your comfort during your brief wait.

A carpark is available in the Betta Electrical car park for the sole use of our patients. Please enter from Winkleigh place (behind the Village cinema) into the large council carpark (2 hour parking available) and drive up to the private parking area next Betta Electrical. For visitors with mobility issues, ½ hour parking is available in front of the building on Cambridge Road.
