Eastern Audiology prides itself in delivering professional hearing services and to the highest ethical standards.
Our Ethical Commitment to You
We will not recommend any audiological services, including hearing aid fitting, unless it is clearly requested or required.
We will not accept any incentives, such as gifts or travel, from any hearing aid manufacturer. We are not allied with any manufacturer and are not under any obligation to fit a particular brand of hearing aid.
None of our clinicians receive commissions or bonuses from hearing aids sold/fitted. When we recommend a certain brand, you can be assured that this is because we have researched the benefits, not because of any obligation or discount.
At Eastern Audiology we’re not affiliated with any brand or manufacturer. That means when we recommend a certain brand, you can be assured it’s because we have researched the benefits, not because of any obligation or discount.
Complete Manufacturer Independence
Zero Obligation Recommendations
Transparent Pricing Structure
Total Commitment to Client Satisfaction
A mission to make hearing aids as accessible as possible
We keep our prices fair and usually below industry pricing “standards”. All of our hearing tests also attract a fee so clients pay for services they actually use.
If we were to provide “free” hearing tests, like some clinics, our hearing aid prices would need to be increased to cover this cost.
All Audiologists at Eastern Audiology also comply with the code of ethics set by their professional association, Audiology Australia. As Eastern Audiology is solely owned by an Audiologist, Meg Miklosvary, it is eligible and proud to be a member of Independent Audiologists Australia.
